Quorum
I was curious what the quorum was for voting; i.e., how many "yes" votes are required to pass a proposal. Apologies if this was covered before I was elected as a rep. Thanks!

The bi laws state that a quorum for a meeting is half of all active locals plus half of all officers. A majority of those votes is sufficient unless there is a blocking concern
