i made a few changes to some questions. take a look and see what you think. i also had a question about the northern/southern diet question: should we expand that to also ask about eastern vs western diets? because for me, i eat a mostly vietnamese diet, but is that considered global north or global south? e.g. a chinese diet is technically a "northern" diet...

had some different questions - to help us plan groups and educate a little before hand - was also thinking we should have a final survey including evaluation questions
