At the first Ontario organizing meeting, in Peterborough, basic income advocates from around the province agreed to strike a "pro tem steering committee" to organize around basic income. Now, we are ready to move from "pro tem" to a more organized framework. This document represents a proposal for doing just that. A vote of 60% or more in favour will be viewed as sufficient to move forward; a "block" vote from 10% or more of those involved will trigger a review of the framework.
