Offers and Support for Pause Breathe Smile

NL Nick Laurence Public Seen by 52

Following on from Grant and Tash's inspiring korero and the Justin-facilitated strategy session at Hui #3, a number of good ideas and offers of support / contacts were tabled. This thread is a chance to continue that conversation - with the aim to give PBS as much of a boost / ongoing help as we can. Here's a summary of the strategy session that Justin has written up - please feel free to add comments and suggestions: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1jkQ0XIHnpeHghmuz5cfdYPtne3OhI0xVTgiw0g1jCUg/edit?usp=sharing

As discussed at the Hui:

Please help us bring New Zealand's only locally-developed, evidence-based and scientifically-informed mindfulness in schools programme to more kiwi kids. Here is one way you can help:

Purchase the Mindfulness Education Group online course, the instruction is excellent, the depth of teaching on the four foundations of mindfulness is exceptional, there are additional guided meditations and practice videos, it would help our social enterprise enormously and you can think of it like an online audio-visual resource to support and enhance your existing mindfulness training and practice. It only costs $79+GST!

Tell your friends and family - purchasing this program will support our work in schools.

Here is another way you can help:

Please consider becoming a FRIEND OF MEG by purchasing an annual membership subscription for just $50+GST.

MEG = Mindfulness Education Group.

FRIEND membership = This is a good option for anyone who wishes to be supported in keeping up their practice and wanting to stay connected with a community of mindfulness practitioners.

You can attend the monthly online Q&A forums with Grant and Tash for free as a members-only benefit. Ask questions about meditation, mindfulness and share / network with others in this online forum.

You also get discounts to our retreats, workshops and professional development opportunities, as well as the joy of knowing you are supporting children to learn mindfulness in school.
