Loomio will enable asynchronous and proper discussion making process between Core Committee members. For critical discussions, moving to asynchronous mode would help us expressing our thoughts clearly and in detail. As well as for faster result. So lets use it.

Yogesh bro is suggesting that we need a change in the syllabus and the flow. Here is what he proposed.
Day 1 - Philosophy + Gnu/Linux + Shell Scripting
Day 2 - System Programming (Python / Ruby)
Day 3 - Web Programming (Python framework / Ruby Framework)
(If Day 2 is Python, then we need to proceed with Python framework on Day 3. If Day 2 is Ruby, then we need to proceed with Ruby framework, else it's an breaking flow).
Day 4 - We need to pop Drupal out. Yet another framework (with a different language PHP), rather introduce any Database session (like moving No-SQL session from short talks to a full day session, not just limiting to NoSQL, anything related to DB).
Day 5 - Cloud and IOT.
i.e On Day 1 they will have to get familiar with the philosophy and usage of the system. On Day 2, they will tinker with the system using a programming language, using that on Day 3 they have to program the web using the same language which they became familiar on Day 2 and on Day 4 learning about Databases and interfacing the System programming and web programming with Database, finally on Day 5 comes the cloud computing, i.e how these all can be put together on the cloud to make a functional Web application. Internet of Things will be a hacking session for them.
I have a strong feeling that we need to fix the flow as soon as possible.

My opinion would be to continue here, as it is a full fledged site with vision to improve peer to peer democratic discussion and decision making and enhances transparency.
