+everyone! Seems like this is what we've enacted now- fortnightly sync calls with working groups setting their own schedules interwoven with that.

I think we need working groups and a cadence for checkins. Probably small bi-weekly 15 min working group Standup’s and a big monthly facilitated group retro with next steps would be a good format?

On today's call we decided to do our group meetings fortnightly for now, but can revisit that whenever.
