Brendan Molloy's proposal for reformation of PPI

Current PPI Statutes

PPEU change to statutes

The initial idea is to go through Brendan's concept and discuss and decide what we wish to implement.

P8.3.2 (1) "The board shall be composed of a Secretary, and one (1) Deputy Secretary for every six (6) members"

i don't think that we really need so many deputies, most of PPI-members are incactive, maybe 2 deputies will be enough.
And if it's just secretary body (as i understand) then we can elect few secretaries instead of one Secretary and deputies.

Suggesting "one Secretary and deputies" we creating scheme with one BIG BOSS, don't you think so? =)
