Today we started discussing possible locations for IDEC in 2018.

A range or possible locations were discussed.
This thread could be a great way to explore possibilities and allow more people to participate and share their perspectives.

The group met and discussed locations further on April 11th. The next 2 years were decided :

2017 : Israel
2018 : Nepal
