All members that join Resonate must be formally admitted to membership by the Board at their meetings. This is more a formality than anything else - and can be broadly automated.

However given that we have been operating as a Co-op in principle since October 2016 - I believe it is reasonable to admit all members that have signed up to date so that from the first EGM they are full recognised as members under our rulebook.
