At last week's meeting of the kaitiaki we talked about the timing of the next hui. We discussed it being early next year after the busy summer time. We looked at dates and Easter is the last weekend of March so we'd like to propose it is that weekend. We got feedback from attendees of the last hui that it would be good to have a longer hui so we're proposing it is 4 days.

I like the idea of a longer hui and it will be easier for people to attend for longer if its over a long weekend

Super agree. Longer Hui would be excellent, if that is attractive for many it may give cause for thinking of a slightly larger venue? Perhaps?

Unfortunately I can't make it. Easter is family time for me but great idea to make it longer.

Abstaining as Easter is family time and so we won't be able to come. Wonder if an extra day should be optional? Interested to see how it goes. Best wishes Kate and Rick

Having the longer time would allow some time for reflection and allow for a varied pace in the proceedings which potentially will generate increased creativity
