Hi Guild-mates, 

Here's a high-level recap from yesterday's meeting. Just a reminder that November guild wide meeting on November 6th is one of the mandatory meetings. If you are a stewarding member and cannot attend the meeting, make sure you have your proxy to be present. [Proxy Protocol]

1) Help Needed

Sunday Oct 6th - Living Room Painting starting at 12pm 

Tuesday Oct 8th - Roof Patching  - Ask whatsapp chat "Roof Repair Group" for more info. 

2) Space Usage / Reset Agreement 

Everyone should have received the email titled “Please confirm that you've received and agreed to PPAC Space Reset Guidelines!” with the link to a document that was refereed in the September guildwide meeting. Please review that email as soon as you can. If you have NOT received that email, please reply to this email and let me know.

3) Welcome Desk team

If you have an event/project that you want add Send email to PPAC Communications(Megaphone Team): megaphone@primeproduce.coop for newsletter, due is this Friday, 10/4 5pm with an Image/Blurb (150 words or less) /Links. You will be receiving email from Eli regarding IG activation. Thanks Eli!
