Policies and Guides update

We made some great headway with the policies and guides today. Our master doc links out to all the individual docs and we've started colour coding it for ease of seeing progress.

Anything green and ticked is finished.
Anything yellow is in progress.
Anything uncoloured hasn't been started yet.

It would be great if we could all keep pushing through on creating these so that we can get our NFP status in place before the end of the year. (This is a particularly important thing for the grants we've been applying for!) We'll keep meeting each week to progress them but any work that anyone can do in between the meetings to keep them moving forward will be super-helpful 🙌
