Annual budget for FSCI - looking for volunteers

Just an update: These are the services we currently maintain https://wiki.fsci.org.in/index.php/Category:Services (loomio and mailman services are coming up). so major costs are domains and hosting.

@athul @appoox @tanzeem @ranjithsiji currently the funds are managed by @sruthi @bhe and @bady , domains cost managed by @tvm . Talk to them and collect the expense details and create a wiki page at wiki.fsci.org.in

You could create a matrix room for coordination (sub groups can't be created until we migrate to our own loomio instance). Other options are lists.fsci.org.in and freesoftwareindia.org. If you want to wait, codema.fsci.org.in should be ready soon (as soon as we get data from loomio.org team).

currently a matrix room will be a best option.
