Applying to OpenCollective

Hi everyone - for purposes of transparency, I'm going to try to get Code for Miami, Inc. to apply to OpenCollective.

This is a website that both opens up our finances to the community at large. It ALSO acts as a donation and membership platform which can be really helpful for the brigade (or the non-profit.)

The nice thing about this is that if other local community groups here in Miami (like MiamiJS, @cristinasolana) want to do something similar and accept donations, CFM Inc. can act as a sponsor group.

This requires me to apply for a spot, however, and I am in the process of writing the application. I can always use help or ideas on how to make the application better. Feel free to add to the Google Doc I'm working on right now.
