yes, making it explicit that transparency is for accountability is significant as people confuse between privacy and transparency.

@balasankarchelamat can you update the constitution? Ask Raju for the steps and make sure it is properly documented.

@rajudvindane , can you add balu's gpg key to the password document and upload it again on Web Team discussion thread? Also can you add a README file to the website repo so balu can follow the steps (we can also verify steps are complete if balu has all the details).

@praveenarimbrathod I have updated the constitution. But, couldn't find how to document it. I just edited the html file directly and generated a pdf.

@balasankarchelamat track the changes at https://gitlab.com/piratemovin/website and only do a git pull on the hosting server. Create a README file in the repo mentioning the update steps.
