A thread to have a conversation about it.

Brent started a poll about it with this text :

« We are looking to find a time that is better for those in the Americas. This will be a regular weekly meeting. This poll will not affect our next meeting on May 13.
Assume the date is a generic day. So “20 May 2018” means “Sundays” »

Suggested schedule rank from Sat 19 May 3:00 pm to Sat 26 May 3:00 am so I'm not sure to understand the poll. And since the poll doesn't include a place to have clarification questions before answer it, I open this thread. Does it help ?

My clarification question is about when the meeting time structure switched from "meeting structure every two weeks on a Saturday evening 11 pm (BW) /Sunday morning 8 am (Europe), Sunday afternoon 4 pm (JL)" to the actual ?

I looked into the PreVH Meeting Notes and couldn't find the decision.

Are we still looking for a regular meeting time every two weeks, with occasional meeting times between them, as needed, or is the regular basis a weekly meeting time ?

A suggestion : maybe it'll be easier for us to cooperate between meetings if we finish this document :

For the poll, I listed the times I would generally be available in a 7-day span of time. In my timezone, it goes from Saturday to Friday. For yours, it does have a Saturday on each end, but it still is just a span of 7 days.

We decided for a temporary basis to meet every week, I think. Or, I think I proposed that we meet again the following week after the first meeting I attended. And after that, I just assumed we would keep meeting every week. But I don't think we formally decided it.

Agree to keep working on the handbook, and that it will provide clarity. I also want to keep meeting this often until we stop running out of time in the meetings. I'm open to wisdom about why to meet every 2 weeks instead.

Generally I can do most times from 7 am CEST time (5am UTC) til starting meeting at 19.30 CEST ( 5.30 pm UTC). I am imagining that I may not be in the group much longer as my seeding role is nearing completion I think... though I will miss you all.. :-(. I can always turn up,as an observor of course :-)
