-statetement regarding publisher trying to impose references of their own journal for increasing their impact factor
-remembering ot the european rule regarding deontology and ethics
-clear ethical rules:
* ethical committee in charge of investigating ethical problems
* appeal procedure regarding the decision of the ethical committee
* if sanction: motivation, duration
* full transparency regarding decision of the ethical committee: summary of the case, decision but with anonimity
-Question: if the ethical committee takes a final sanction decision how to communicate this decision to other jouranls and scientific societies ?

Concerning your question, It is clear that is possible to communicate into the jrounal but how to communicate to other journal and scientific societies. This question is difficult.
