thanks Tom... it's a bit rough as I needed to get my thought together quickly. I think the name is good as it implies inclusiveness. The graphic is divided into 2 sections > the online side representing the people and the other half, the seats of elected representatives.

I'm very pleased and excited to see a new IC member utilising Loomio and raising his own proposals. Its great!
PS.. @tomoliveri - when this particular proposal gets closer to the closing time - don't forget that you may @mention people to encourage them to place their votes AND/OR you can extend the closing date/time...and you yourself can decide what you desire as a minimum participation rate % (it says right now that 20% have "stated their position" for example).
