Description:IV. SESSION IV: Take Action (February 28, 2018 @ 4-6PM)
An interactive session led by Alliance housing partners Preservation of Affordable Housing (POAH), Citizens' Housing and Planning Association (CHAPA), and the Massachusetts Smart Growth Alliance to discuss possibilities in zoning reform, incentives for developers, and creating smart/complete neighborhoods.
COMING EVENTS
3/24-25/18: Can't tell if it's one event or two, but student groups at the Harvard Business School and Graduate School of Design are hosting a Real Estate weekend March 24-25. The Pitch Competition is offering $33K in prize money. Looks like at least one of the judging criteria could address affordable housing and industry reforms:
