Any progress?

No, never got an answer. Don't really know what to do anymore.....

They're annoying. Shall we just move on and if they eventually get back to us then great, and if they don't, then we know for sure that they're super annoying?

I just messaged ecocha to see whether they would do bulk loose leaf tea eco-cha.com. With Teekampagne we could buy it through an individual account but that's not a very sustainable arrangement

I agree, lets see if they ever get back and if not just leave it :-)

Eco-cha messaged me and said they'd be happy to sell to us wholesale. We can look at it again on monday

teekampagne tea arrived! We need sealable containers to store them in?
Bryher Tue 25 Nov 2014 10:39AM
yaaayy! teagate is over!
Marcel Thu 27 Nov 2014 10:15AM
Sealable containers would be great, yes. Much better than just leaving it in the packet..... I haven't priced the tea yet because I need to find out the exact conversion rate from Euros. But by Monday we should have that info from the cash office :)

I just opened this thread to talk about the Teacampaign order. As you know we decided to stock their tea but it's not being easy. I wrote them an e-mail asking about payment options since we don't have a credit card as a food-coop. They replied saying: "At the moment we just sell our tea directly to private customers and we try to avoid an itermediate trade".
I wrote them back explaining the whole concept of the co-op, inviting them to check out our website and making clear that we sell things for the same price as we buy it for. Unfortunately I never got a reply to that.
In the end, since we really wanted that tea, I just tried ordering it myself and I was able to choose an "Invoice" payment option. This was on the 11th and I haven't received the invoice so far.
