I'd like to start a list of videos, articles, books etc that have inspired and educated us around topics of Colonialism, oppression, ethics and justice (or works which we have created personally).
There's so much great stuff out there, and I'm sure we could learn a lot from each other by sharing!

Some things I've enjoyed recently:
Justice-Doing in community work & therapy: from ‘burnout’ to solidarity (41min video). Really brilliant and insightful, discusses some typically lacking areas, the importance of vulnerability and making emotional labour sustainable.
Computing, Climate Change and All Our Relationships (40min video). Quite a deep foray through the dimensions of marginalisation and privilege as they apply to climate-focused technology projects, and the importance of relationship-building and diversity in creating ethical outcomes.
How Good are you at Co-Production, Really? - probably the best writing I've seen that addresses the limitations of Holocracy, Sociocracy and other distributed governance frameworks.
We Don't Need a Map (documentary) - a moving and honest portrayal of all the things I love and hate about the country I live in. Good for those wanting to understand Australia's cultural context.
