As there is already a Parent Council (PC) that consists of the Class Parent Reps (CPRs), ‘PIC’ may serve to highlight our particular Initiative functions moreso than ‘PCI’ because our Initiatives originate from the Parent Participation Committee Reps and are separate from the PC.

Parent Initiatives Council is just better english grammar practice. It is the correct way of highlighting the Parent Initiatives ... Same as Council of Parent Initiatives. Otherwise you say, Parent Council of Initiatives. PLUS I really don't want to have to edit ALL THE PIC's in the 1st draft of the Orientation Guide please! 😅
