Approving payments

Hi @Jonathan Bean and @Leo Sammallahti , thank you for the reminder of the disclosure.
From what I've found in Wikipedia, we only need to disclose in one of three places:

I translated the English template of paid contributor because like @Jonathan Bean said, Indonesian Wikipedia doesn't have the template for paid contributor disclosure.

That being said, I thing it is safe to also add it in the Talk page of the article, so thank you @Jonathan Bean for adding it.

It is not required but strongly suggested to disclose paid contributions in all 3 forms, as they want to keep track of these things and the template helps them do this because it has to be highly regulated to keep the neutrality of the encyclopedia, otherwise Wikipedia loses its reputation for being neutral, I know they are not always neutral on some topics.

Thanks for putting a link to the loomio group in your profile and adding the article to the list of paid contributions.

I think following the rules and suggestions is the best policy and respecting their culture.
