My ideas are the checklist for boards to see what's good and needs improvement, fluffy fluffs for the board and managers, workshop 3 fluffy fluffs for us to focus on this year, change agenda, receive and read stuff agrad of time, shift to more of a community model where we work together. A job description for board members, associate board member for the first 6 months before becoming a full board member, get rid of the shareholder thing on our constitution, develop a relationship management system for all of us to start networking more.
