Engagement sub-group meeting 9th May 2022

Just had a look: we have 73 responses to questionnaire (about 10 since I put it in Wilberforce Gardeners email yesterday).

We need to consider how we record/summarise the results.

I MUST finish the minutes from our last meeting. Have a look at the latest email from Angela Koch (that I am about to put on the design code thread). She has a couple of engagement thoughts although probably we need to think a bit before considering them.

Please can we discuss the email campaign to arrange meetings with residents and organisations. I suggest we telephone or knock on their doors if they don't reply to the email. Our success rate with emails is 1 in 10.

I'd also like to hear from anyone about potential ongoing technical issues with the website questionnaire, since I haven't heard anything, but people are talking about using pen and paper to interview people and then enter the details themselves. Or maybe there isn't a problem? I certainly wouldn't do that myself if I had the choice - and we do have the choice unless there are unreported issues still.
