I encourage everyone to vote in favor of this proposal. M4A can definitely raise money in the future to cover their printing costs, but I view this as an easy way to make sure they get started. Although they didn't get approved for priority status I see this as a good proof of concept that discretionary funds can still be used to support chapter activities.
