Changing the name of Facebook Group to "Code for Hong Kong Community"

Two entity of "Code for Hong Kong" will be quite confusing. so my proposal is to name it as "Code for Hong Kong Community" which also strengthen our nature as a community

when I google "code for hong kong", I found the result is 852 haha. May be all keywords are quite general lol
BTW I don't have big comment on this.
