I've read about Mechelen? Antwerpen? But it's somewhere hidden on Facebook, so if these crews could clarify this here, it would be very kind!
About the date : I think a late GA is better than an unprepared GA, so we shouldn't be afraid to delay if we can't do it properly.

The exact place has to be defined yet.

Only 3 pirates worked on the Wiki page @fredericminne, @vincent15 and @vanecx
None of them are from Mechelen ... so probably the wikipage is not accurate.
Maybe someone from Mechelen can digg the info out of Facebook ? :tools:

The page on the Wiki contains the information given at the Pirate Lab in Gembloux and needs to be updated as soon as more information are available.
The venue and exact timing is to be announced (TBA) later.

The main issues is that the information is a bit difficult to get since part of it is on the Pirate Lab pad, part of it is on Facebook (and finding information in facebook discussions is not easy at all ! so please stop discussing organisation details on facebook !), and probably another part is somewhere in the notes taken at several other meetings...
So if somebody as more recent or accurate information, please tell me so I can update the page on the Wiki, or, better, change the page yourself if you have an account on the Wiki.

I thought I've heard it was in Mechelen. That would be fine for me. I'm coming from Diksmuide, but I have no problem to drive to there with the car.

It's just a suggstion, but maybe its good to know, where everybody is from? And then decide where we can find a central place for the meeting? If it's not already sure that it would be in Mechelen.

We've had assemblies in Brussels, Ghent, Louvain-la-Neuve, Liège, Sint Niklaas, Antwerp. It's not a problem.
What do you mean it's not sure? Can someone from Crew Mechelen confirm it's sure?

I can not speak as member of the crew from from Mechelen, but as far as I know it is still ok for them to organise... please refer tot Beber and/or Joris

I've heard it's in Mechelen. To be honest I'm coming from Walonnia (Braine le Comte) and it's quite easy 1h, Liège is 1h and Namur 1,5. The place we have been on Sunday was in front of the railway station so very easy to find.
