OSGeo Oceania should sign the Local Chapter Agreement with OSM
OSM has developed an agreement that formalise OSGeo Oceania as a Local Chapter of OSM.

Unless this thread receives a negative vote, Alex, as Chair will sign it at 3 pm on the 20th of November.
