I do use pen and paper, and love it that way! It's more art journalling than anything else, I often just draw pictures or quotes that inspire me. I do try to do weekly spreads to help me plan and get my head in the game, but it doesn't happen every week. And if I have a big decision to make I will often draw/journal about that too to help me think.
I will post pictures of the kids' art from the therapy group once the group starts :)
