I would like the MGP to endorse HB 0344 -Montgomery County Voting Methods
And HB 1104 voting Rights act of 2023 Counties and Municipalities
It makes since to vote for HB1104 with HB344 as a Civil Right to vote using RCV would be strengthened. Thanks.

I'm ok with this as is, but I'd like to add the "other" RCV bill, HB 334 (in addition to 344) to the Voting Rights bills we're endorsing. HB 334 requires the State Board to of Elections equipment to be capable of tabulating ranked choice voting results if City of Takoma Park municipal elections are approved by the State Board to appear on the State ballot. This is because TP has had RCV since 2006, and our elections are no longer off-year but timed with other state elections.
