Hi, Just to remind people - I am not in the Engagement Subgroup in terms of attending meetings but I am happy to be given a task once I have got the conservation and heritage work done for planning
sub-group. Sorry- just so busy with work at the moment, everything’s kicking off as the end of Lockdown is in sight!

We need to set up a new meeting-suggest late April to follow Steering group.
@Adam Sarah sent apologies - she was held up. If there is a quorum for the plan referendum it is very low

I have discovered a simple CRM module that runs on our website. We could put the leads into it. It allows all sorts of functionality like record keeping, phone numbers, groups (or categories) etc.

You would need to have a login to the website to be able to access it. Let me know if you do.
It occurs to me that we could also use it for tracking conversations with external people or organisations.
