Next Guild Visioning Session is happening on May 17th, 1pm ET or 31st… ?
will confirm this as soon as possible.
Next Guild Wide meeting is on June 3rd 5:30pm ET

SPACE usage request:

Please make sure following when you're hosting events

Check the calendar to see what's on the schedule after your event.
If there's another event right after you, please communicate with that member to check the needs/request.
Go over checklist (by Jacquie), which you can also find in the AV guide binder (by Carlos) by the lighting booth.
If you move any items to other rooms/areas in the guild, make sure that goes back as well.
Reach out to Event team hosting@primeproduce.coop for any questions/assistance.
Please make sure to clean the bathrooms as well.
