Mbona Code of Ethics

I'm attaching the "Code of Ethics" & "Mission Statement" document.

Re-reading the code of ethics is a great foundation to assessing the Mbona community. It would be interesting to have a poll on where shareholders see how we are living up to these ideals? That we vote on each objective, collate the findings and brainstorm how to achieve these goals in reality. What are our measurements, who 'inspects' each area and how we rate ourselves in each category.
