Screening of documentary "A New Economy"
Hi guys!
So I saved the trailer for this documentary a while back and I only just rediscovered it.
Was thinking that it could be a good idea to screen this for members of the Network (and beyond) in Lagos.
It costs $100 to get the rights to do a small screening for 1 - 50 people and $200 for 50 - 100 people.
You can see the trailer for the documentary here - https://vimeo.com/161668374 and read more about it here - http://www.aneweconomy.ca
My idea is that if we agree to screen it that we decide what size of screening we should go for and then fund the selected screening collectively.
Could be the first of many relevant screenings!

Let's fund the screening of "A New Economy" Closed Sat 3 Dec 2016 9:01PM
Yay! There goes our first proposal and it was a unanimous one too.
So, now that we have voted to screen the film, I will sort out how we will collect the money and make the payment. Will inform everyone that voted sometime next week.
Thanks for participating.
If you vote "yes" for this proposal, then you are agreeing that we should evenly split the cost of funding the screening of the documentary, "A New Economy" for 0 - 50 people in January 2017 across all members of The Dyad Network.
The cost for the rights to screen the film to an audience of 0 - 50 people is $100.
I think this is a good way to introduce the concepts we have been discussing within the Network to not only a wider audience, but also to showcase examples of communities all over the world that are successfully making the transition to a new way of living.
