Keep loomio subgroups manageable.

Hi All,

We have almost deleted all the excess subgroups. I will work with Berge some time to help him give us access to delete AEC

I have given the entity onlinedirectdemocracy@gmail a loomio account and added it to all our subgroups. Thanks everyone for your help.

I am not a member of the database subgroup so cannot see its members. https://www.loomio.org/g/9S8Nr54v/odd-core-staff-executive-committee-database

Can a member of that group make sure @onlinedirectdemocracy is a member with coordinator privileges please.

PLEASE make sure that EVERY loomio group has @onlinedirectdemocracy as a member with coordinator privileges.

onlinedirectdemocracy@gmail access is open to all CSEC and it has a google drive account with a folder that lists all its online memberships. Loomio is the only one for now. G+ logs in through gmail.

Once we get rid of AEC we are down to 10 necessary, but not all active, sub-groups.
