OSGeo Oceania should sponsor PGRSC at Bronze tier

PGRSC is running next week, the 24-27 November, 2025.

Alex spoke to Brad Eichelberger, and he said we could sponsor at Bronze tier.

Supporting this grass roots event will support our Pacific friends, and is a good opportunity to continue brand recognition.
