Anyone can comment at anytime, and you can include tagging! When someone is tagged, they will get an email notification about the tag. This feature can be turned off at anytime.

You can also add other files in comments.

Loomio opens the door of possibility for our members to be able to participate in grassroots democracy, even if they are super busy!
All dues paying members will be added to our Loomio to be able to vote. I am going to start a proposal from this thread now so people can see how that works too.
