Hi @robertguthrie. thanks for your reply,
Yes I'm running lineman, So on port 8000 I have connection error:
"API Proxying to '/development' failed with 'Error: connect ECONNREFUSED'
Right. You need to run rails s in one terminal and lineman run in another. Then connect to localhost:8000 and it'll go
Hi @robertguthrie
Everything ok now, I was running only lineman |lol|
I have another doubts:
1) When I create a new user, it's redirect to localhost:3000/dashboard insted 8000, can I configure it path?
2) Is there a admin system to manage all groups and users?
3) In order to use API to get data, I can use https://localhost:8000/api/v1/discussions?group_id=N , Where I can get group_id information? Only directly on database?
thanks for your help !!
You're really welcome. I'll update the tech manual for the next person.
Great !
Awesome Project. congrats to team..:)
Hi @robertguthrie , Sorry for incovenience ..:)
Can you explain to me this doubts?
1) When I create a new user, it’s redirect to localhost:3000/dashboard insted 8000, can I configure it path?
2) Solved
3) In order to use API to get data, I use https://localhost:8000/api/v1/discussions?group_id=N , Where I can get group_id information? Only directly on database?
4) Is there a documentation of this API ?
(It is necessary in order to integrate loomio and Atlassian Confluence, I would know a bit about login integration).
Thanks
hi @deigmaranderson. Sorry for the delay in reply.
The localhost:3000 thing is a bug we don't really have a good fix for. I recommend using the /development routes if they are useful. It will be fixed when we rebuilt our front end build system.
There is no documentation of our API at this stage - we're still busy working on it, planning to add more features including supporting logged out users and making it work well with services like zapier.
I think the API will become a stable, documented thing around February.
Hi @robertguthrie , thanks for your reply,
I'll waiting to use this API, For while, I'll see if I can leave it working, at least returning the list of proposals, if I have contributions to it, I will tell you..!!
HI @robertguthrie, We'll want use loomio for our discussions, but it'll need integrate trough our intranet. Is there any news about development of API, thanks ! 👍
Hey @deigmaranderson , we're working on OAuth integration through the API now, after that's complete this type of thing should be possible. You can track the progress here: https://github.com/loomio/loomio/pull/2800
Hi @jameskiesel Fantastic ! great news, thanks for your reply.!
@deigmaranderson Are you running lineman? You need to connect via port 8000 for the assets to be served.
So try browsing to localhost:8000/development
