Classification of the discussions by subjects

The idea is to classify the discussions and the decisions so that a new member (or an old one ;-) quickly finds a way to participate.
Every group could choose the subject (s) where he wants to be.
With besides the possibilities of intelligent filters and to sort out the results.
Of more the possibility of creating a just discussion around an idea and of finding it by subject (via a referencing of the subjects) is very interesting.
