Thank you for taking part in the Navigators Group Poll "preferred means of communication during the Stand-up Project". 35% of the Navigators Group participated with a total of 31 votes (21 for Loomio & 10 for email).
Based on these results the Project Management Team will use different modes of communication to engage with the Navigators Group. We will use Loomio to introduce Tasks and Discussion Threads (accompanied by Zoom webinars) and notify Navigators of upcoming events (webinars, Unconference details) through email and Loomio.

I can do this in my own time, and it keeps a visible record of what everyone's saying. I also want face-to-face activities within the process.

Email or Loomio due to distance. Email because have participant contacts on hand - but email threads become messy. I havn't used Loomio before - but so far looks great.

Loomio with some face to face or phone.
Loomio is easier to manage than email and keeps it all in one spot.
