The secretary (or the stand-in for the secretary, if the secretary is absent) will make a post in this thread during (or after) every meeting.
Procedure
This thread will contain all the minutes for this semester, and during that time it will be a pinned thread (it's always at the top of the list). After the semester ends, a new copy should be made, so there aren't too many old posts. The old thread should then be unpinned and closed.
Nothing too formal is needed. Copy and paste this template to start a new Minutes post:

Keep in mind
- Writing down minutes does not replace the need to start other threads about the things discussed. Be sure to do that too!
- Post the minutes right away, so the post time and date correspond with the meeting. You can always edit later.
- If a particular person said something or committed to do something, always @mention them right in the note. This helps with accountability.

I cannot fill any officer positions, but if you need help for event coordination, getting donations and resources, I can help you put that together and assist any officers you appoint.
Another hike I would recommend during the evening is the William Hoeferlin, Wayward, Iron Mountain trail into Waywayanda State Park and the Scenic Gorge to the Ridgeline Trail on the Delaware Water Gap.

- volunteers will go with Cassie in the morning to get supplies
- she will be at the school at 11 or you can meet her at the stores at 12
