Should we have all three meetings with the CJLEADS people at SAS?

Given our discussion of this morning (afternoon?), might be best to have the meetings at SAS. We'll include Arun, Brijesh; Nic, Dorothy, James in the first session. Mike O'Neil, Craig, Raju in all the sessions.

Not sure what this Loomio software would be used for in CAP given that we have case-specific collaboration built in to other solutions already...and we intend to use another solution to manage the phone book for specific children
What can Loomio be used for?

Referral process - maybe, allowing a group of individuals to vote whether or not a child should be referred to CAP, but Patchwork offers better management of profsnls, integrity etc
Intake/Triage - not really, no collaboration required at this point

Maybe this tool could be used to gain acceptance of BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS PROPOSALS
