Suggest Keynote Speakers

Dear Friends,
As you know the program committee has sent out the open call for content, and we are awaiting submissions. The submission form is available on the website link: https://lne2016.wordpress.com/open-call-for-sessions/
Feel free to pass the link on to your network.
Additionally, we would love to hear your suggestions for potential keynote speakers. We will collect your ideas, and make invites depending on space, topics, budget, etc.
Feel free to send me your ideas to: allistarr@gmail.com.
Thank you!

I am connected to Douglas Rushkoff, who's most recent book Throwing Rocks at the Google Bus: How Growth Became the Enemy of Prosperity is really important. He would be an incredible keynote speaker, want me to reach out to him?

Hi Tibet,
I don't think we know each other yet, so good to meet you!
I will forward your suggestion to Susan Park, Shiva Patel who are completing programmatic pieces for the Development without Displacement Track and Colin Miller and our program committee who have taken leadership in related areas of our program.
To note, the submission deadline has passed, but we are seeing where there are missing pieces presently, so we appreciate your input and connections. To that end, if you are able to contribute (any amount) and pass around our Indigogo campaign ( https://www.generosity.com/community-fundraising/living-the-next-economy-oakland-convergence ) funding appeal, that would be fantastic. We are hoping folks will buy tix to the conference ( http://lne2016.wordpress.com/about/ ) early as well.
Tell me more about you!
In appreciation,
Alli
