Burning Seed Restructure Stakeholders - [W02] LEGAL & ORG STRUCTURE

Please consider this Loomio Group like a physical room where you might attend a facilitated workshop on the topic of : LEGAL & ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE (Holding & Operational Entities combined).

The two entities have distinct purposes, that are still being discussed in the Purposes workshops. However, there is detail to be decided regarding the relationship between the two.

The organisational design and structure of each entity needs to take into account the current Org structure (Volunteer Corps-Team Leads-Facilitators-Town Council-REC) and examine what is worth keeping and what can be changed to improve.

If we work out the ideal features, we can then attribute them to the relevant entity and start to map the legal and structural relationship between the two.

This is the time to post your proposed Org charts. Visual aids will likely help the group understand the proposals.

...... We are using a virtual space to eradicate the tyranny of distance and to give everyone the best chance of composing and sharing their thoughts. We hope to capture ideas and proposals on each topic, and will facilitate discussion to ultimately reach a decision of the best way forward. These decisions will inform the contents of the Constitution.
